JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and handle quickly and promptly customer feedback and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Care and maintain long term relationships with customers.
- Support order processing
- Support other tasks as assigned by line manager
- Other tasks report to Sales Manager and Sales Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in relevant fields
- At least 1year experience
- Strong communication, problem solving and customer centricity mindset.
- Knowledge of fly ash, cement, and construction markets, or working in similar business is an advantage
- Honest, hardworking, eager to learn and negotiation skills
